At Norwood, we're looking for a Registered Manager to lead two adult services, one residential and one supported living, providing high-quality, person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
As our Registered Manager, you'll have operational responsibility for The Firs, our residential service, and Kadimah, our supported living service. As the Registered Manager for both locations, you'll provide leadership across two dedicated teams, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support that enables people to live fulfilling and independent lives.

You'll have experience leading services that support adults with learning disabilities and understand how to create environments where people can thrive.
You'll enjoy developing others, building positive relationships and leading through collaboration rather than hierarchy. You'll be confident balancing operational responsibility with compassionate leadership, ensuring people receive outstanding support while helping your teams grow and succeed.

Your Day to Day
You'll:
- Lead the day-to-day management of two services, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred care.
- Inspire, coach and develop high-performing teams that deliver outstanding support.
- Promote Active Support, person-centred planning and meaningful opportunities for people to live independently.
- Build positive relationships with people we support, their families and professional partners.
- Oversee quality assurance, safeguarding, compliance and continuous improvement.
- Manage staffing, budgets, occupancy and resources to ensure sustainable, high-quality services.
- Ensure both services remain compliant with CQC Fundamental Standards and regulatory requirements.
- Drive a culture where people, quality and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything you do.
Qualifications, Experience & Training
You'll Bring
- Experience leading or supervising services supporting adults with learning disabilities.
- Experience managing teams, quality standards and operational performance.
- Strong knowledge of person-centred practice, safeguarding and CQC regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
- A commitment to developing people, improving services and delivering outstanding care.
It Would Strengthen Your Application If You Have
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care or are an RNLD. If you don't yet hold a Level 5 qualification, you'll be willing to complete it within an agreed timeframe.
- Experience across both residential and supported living services.
- Experience leading change, coaching managers and developing high-performing teams.
- Knowledge of Active Support and Positive Behaviour Support approaches.
